At Terapanel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return conditions
To be accepted, the product must:

be returned in its original condition;
-
be complete (accessories, instructions, and packaging included);
-
show no deterioration due to inappropriate use.
The product must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Return shipping costs
Except in the case of a defective, non-conforming product, or an error on our part, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged product or order error
If you receive a damaged, incomplete product or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will review your request as soon as possible to offer you a suitable solution.
Warranty
All Terapanel panels come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

misuse;

product modification;
-
shock or fall;

normal wear and tear.
