Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs, illustrations, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. Slight differences may exist without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery is free in metropolitan France.
ELIMERA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
Any order is considered final after payment validation.
A confirmation email summarizing the essential order information is automatically sent to the customer.
5. Payment
Payments are fully secured.
Available payment methods are indicated during the order process.
The order is shipped only after effective payment validation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free in metropolitan France.
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 working days then delivered within 12 to 15 working days.
These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on logistical constraints or the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty
Terapanel panels benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage related to misuse, product modification, impact, fall, or normal wear and tear.
9. Responsibility
The products offered on the site are intended for well-being and in no way replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The customer remains responsible for the use they make of the purchased products.
10. Personal data
The information collected during the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
11. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
Failing agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
