What is red light therapy?
Terapanel panels use a combination of red light (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm), two wavelengths used in photobiomodulation devices for well-being.
Which model should I choose?
The choice mainly depends on the area you wish to treat.
- ALPRO 300: ideal for targeted areas and small spaces.
- ALPRO 1000: the best balance between power and treatment area.
- ALPRO 1500: designed to cover large areas of the body in a single session.
How long does a session last?
A session generally lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the area treated and your goals.
How far should I use the panel?
As a general rule, sessions are carried out between 15 and 45 cm from the panel. Detailed recommendations are provided with each device.
Can a panel be used every day?
Yes. Regular use is generally preferred. We recommend following the usage advice provided with your device.
Are the panels suitable for professional use?
Yes. Terapanel panels are suitable for both home use and in clinics, gyms, or wellness centers.
Are the panels upgradeable?
Yes. Models compatible with the modular system can be combined with other panels to increase the treatment area.
What are the delivery times?
Preparation of your order generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery then takes 12 to 15 business days.

Are the panels guaranteed?
Yes. All Terapanel panels benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Can I return my product?
Yes. You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
